The menu changes daily depending on the availability of seasonal and well sourced ingredients as well as the creativity in the kitchen. Depending on the season you may find thinly sliced buttery spuds topped with Roman broccoli and grated pecorino cheese, pasta in a earthy snail and wild fennel sauce or cod adorned with beet chips. Be sure to book well in advance as the homely venue has limited seating; a communal table that seats about ten people and two counter stools which can be reserved upon request. Average cost per person including an appetizer, first course, second course, dessert and a bottle of wine is 70 euro.
